Fun show last night. Dave Wakeling is one cheerful fellow! The Birchmere was packed - busier than I've ever seen it. Most people were at least swaying - if not outright dancing.
It kind of looked like this, but the crowd was younger and there were more people (this one cracks me up though:
Here they are singing it. It sounds like Dave is saying "I used to sing this song to my liver." (he said the same thing at the concert) Perhaps he did say that - he made quite a few references to drinking and he didn't drink anything but water. Maybe he gave it up to save his liver.
